Comparing ourselves to others and believe that we are not good enough breaks down our self-image leaving us feel as if we are inadequate and ill-equipped to the job we are called to do. 

Look, people do the same job we do, but only we can do it as good as we can do it and when we Use Our Genius as we “SHOW UP” professionally and energetically, we can do great things. 

In today’s video, I’m sharing a few thoughts on imposter syndrome and how it can hurt our career and with the right mindset, can help our career.

How Do You Know It’s Time to Leave Your Job?

When that inner voice starts talking to you and lets you know you are feeling down or miserable about the work you are doing or where you work, it’s time to consider what your next advancement opportunity looks like.

While I have left a few jobs during my career, this year is most significant because I gave my notice a year ago to launch my coaching practice full-time. I had heard that voice and I “listened, leaned in, and stepped forward” to create my coaching and seminar business. I’ve never looked back, and I love what I do each and every day.
